The Peaceful Dorms

Hanuke enjoyed the weather. He lifted his head slightly. He didn't know what he was going to do.. He looked at the girls. He smirked. He stood on his fours. He began to run on a road towards the track.

It took Emmelyn a moment to notice Hanuke had started running toward the track. She had been distracted by the warmth of the sun. She started to jog after him and then shifted into her fox form and started to run. She didn't catch up to him, but that was no problem for her at the moment.

Radiah sighed once again,distracted by the dappled splotches of sun warming her.Smiling to herself and then back to them,she shifted in her wolf form and took flight just barely a foot above there heads.

Hanuke smiled. He never knew Academy would be so fun and relaxing. Tomorrow was the first day to go to the classes. Do classes still pass notes around?

Emmelyn ran happily after Hanuke, the wind blowing her fur. It was a pleasant day and she couldn't feel any better. It felt like nothing could bring her down, not even the fact that classes were starting tomorrow. Who cared? Emmelyn was living in the moment, and the moment was a great one.

Hanuke approached the track. Hanuke skidded across the dirt on his hind legs as he stopped at the track. Hanuke looked at his friends. "I'm gonna start out with a walk.. then trot, lope, and then run. And then tun on my hind legs." Hanuke paused. "I need to stretch out my legs and arms by running on my four paws and hind legs."

Hanuke saw humans, shifters, and animals on the track. He despised humans.. good thing that some of the teachers weren't humans..

Emmelyn simply walked behind her two friends. She nodded at Hanuke's decision on what he was going to do. She wasn't quite sure if she would do the same or if she was just going to run for a bit. She would decide when she started. She noticed the humans, shifters, and humals and shook her head. This might be interesting. The humans didn't seem to be too much trouble to the others already running, but that didn't mean anything.

Hanuke walked on his four paws gracefully. He saw a group of female humans, texting on cell phones... Hanuke rolled his eyes. Then out of the blue, Radiah zoomed passed him. He looked back to see what was going on. He saw humans, shifters, animals, and humals. What was up? He started to like these girls a lot. Emmelyn and Radiah were his closest friends here. He didn't know them much.. but Hanuke had a feeling they'd be his best friends. Hanuke slowed down to wait for Emmelyn. He watched as people jogged around and around. He looked back at Emmelyn... her as a fox.. her fur looked so silky. He looked at Radiah.. her fur looked just as soft. If Hanuke got close to both these girls... Hanuke probably couldn't decide. He liked them both already. But Emmelyn seemed a little more outgoing and friendly. Hanuke smiled as he saw Radiah run around. As Emmelyn walked.

Emmelyn saw the human male moved up beside Radiah. She held back a growl, not wanting to cause trouble on the track field. She ran and caught up to Hanuke once more, stopping beside him. "You're not seriously tired already, are you?" she asked jokingly. She watched Radiah run and smiled. It was nice to have two close friends... wait. Close friends? She hardly knew these two people. But still, they felt closer than anyone she had known for much longer. She could easily see herself being best friends with these two.

Hanuke chuckled a bit. "Not at all!!" Radiah trotted up as Hanuke turned his head to look at them, but he kept his gaze on the track. He grinned them, then started zooming passed humans, shifters, animals, and humals. He run a few times around, about 6 times. Until he started walking at a slowly pace.

Emmelyn smiled when Radiah caught up to them and replied to her question. She watched Hanuke run around the track 6 times, only running one lap herself. She caught up to Radiah again and slowed her pace to the same as the angel. She shifted back into human form and smiled. "So you are tired." She smiled kindly as she spoke. "It feels good to run though, doesn't it?"

Radiah slightly smiled to herself and flicked her eyes toward Emmelyn.Did she always were a smile?Happiness flooded into her,making her eyes glow with hope and glee."Nah,not really.But it does feel good to run!"Ethusiastically said Radiah to Emme ((can I call her Emme?)) "Hey Emmelyn,I know we just met and all but I feel me you and Hanuke could be best friends.But I know nothing about you.I come from Avadra,a place were many angels live in harmony.It is far from this place,but..but I was exiled from there.Framed for the murder of the kings son and daughter.Sworn never to come back.I have scars showing the pain I went through."Radiah lifted her wings to show deep scars in her wings,and gashes.

Hanuke walked up behind Emmelyn and Radiah. He slipped by the side of Radiah, just as she began telling her story. Hanuke thought they would ask about him... about stuff like the little girl, murders, and other terrible schools. He liked telling his stories... he kinda hoped they would ask.

((Wanna say they decided to leave... to the academy's park? And they talked there?))

Emmelyn listened to Radiah's explanation of her past life. She felt bad for her. It must be hard being exiled for something you didn't do. She didn't say anything about it.
"I think we'll be great friends too." she started. "I'm sorry that happened to you. It must be hard." She paused, wondering if she should talk about her past as well... Why not? "I was raised on a farm with an older brother. Nothing special really happened. I just decided to do my own thing for a while. My brother wanted to come to, but he really wants to do what my father wants of him." She glanced over her shoulder to see Hanuke. It would be rude to leave him out of the conversation.
She sat down in the grass, closing her eyes as she faced the sun and allowed it to warm her face. "What about you, Hanuke? What's your past like, if you don't mind my asking?"

Hanuke smiled. "I don't mind... We'll I grew up somewhat normal.. when I was young, this creature bit me on the back of the neck several times. It was big, black, and bloody. It's what turned me into this monster... and two years ago.. I met a 6 year old girl and protected her. Then someone killed her... and I killed the murderer. I made a few murders that year. And there was horrible schools.. where you could kill anyone you wanted. Even the teachers. Some teachers abused some teens, too." Hanuke couldn't remember many details. But he still remembered the basics. "I'm sorry about your past Radiah.. and.."
