OOC: read tutorial and make a character before joining

IC:
shadow sat at the bar his trench coat almost touched the floor if any one looked hard enough they may be able to see the slight movement of his tail hidden cleverly between two layers of his jacket.
he was drinking a golden ale as he scanned the group of thugs at the other side of the bar.
shadow pulled the hat hiding his ears further down his head this was bad he didnt want to fight those guys it would make a scene.
he shifted his eyes away from the group and looked at anything but them.

Light stepped throght the thresh hold she found a seat in a corner away from all the crouds and all their pointless thoughts. She crossed her legs and and placed her hands in her lap. She scanned the area most of the people seemed drunk and not a threat. A thought caught her by surprise. She turned her eyes to what seemed like a guy, but looking into his mind she found that her was a humal. A smile crossed her face and she leaned back. Thing where about to get intersting around here.

shadow sighed as one of the thugs came over to him well more like waddled
"hey i dont like you" IT said
and shadow answered in his Aussie accent "well i can see tha"
she guy grabbed him by the shirt
"what was that girly boy"
"oh well thas not nice and you don't want to get me angry"
"oh yeah"
"yeah!" shadow threw the first punch and the clear sound of bone breaking filled the room. shadow stood shaking his hand swearing in pain as the others diverged on him
ducking a punch he was hit with an upper cut and coughed as his toque slipped off relieving his wolf ears. then one guy grabbed his arm pulling it so hard it wrenched the socket leaving shadow with a lightning pain shooting up and down his whole side and shoulder.
suddenly a shotgun sounded and everyone froze as the old barkeep turned his gun towards shadow and shot again. shadow shifted into his wolf form and the bullet grazed his shoulder snarling he jumped at the barkeep and bit his rifle hand. pushing off the mans chest he launched himself through a window hearing the words demon shouted out after him and he limped away and shifted back both arms hurt but one was bleeding badly he sunk down in the hollow of a tree and blacked out....

lLight was the only one to stay calm though out the entire fiasco. Seeing the man shift into his wolf form was new but not startling. Everyone started thinking at once.

"I knew damn well what that..."
"If only that man hadnt made him angry..."
"If Bob could have see this..."

Light shook her head walking out of the tavern. She headed off in the direction of the blood trail. Soon she came across a hollowed out tree and a broken wolf. Light sighed and nudged him.
Are you still alive? When she didnt hear an answer Light nelt down and put her ear close to his snout. She felt a breath of warm air circulate out of him.

Light then went to work. The first thing she did was put his arm(front leg) back into socket and wrapped it to keep it in place. Next she examened where the gun shot grazed him, and stopped the bleeding by sewing it up. Finnally, all said and done Light Shifted into her owl form and perched on the limb of the tree to get some sleep.

"Interesting..." the assassin whispered to himself as he watched the fight take place. He would have liked to kill ALL the pathetic humans in the bar, but having seen another non-human after so long, he was somewhat sidetracked now.

Kai decided that he would commence with silent espionage, until he knew more about this non-human. He didn't want to approach him just yet. Kai never trusted anyone.

Just then, he observed the place where this person had stopped to rest, and perhaps, die, when someone from inside the bar earlier, came over to the unconscious... whatever he was... and perform first aid on him.

Not only that though, but she THEN turned into an owl, and perched in the tree above the other person.
They should both really be more careful about how publicly they do things. Kai thought to himself. "VERY interesting..." Kai reiterated to himself, as he watched these two odd characters...

shadow opened his eyes slightly and looked around he saw an animal, an owl, but his blind eye showed him a girl's form. he shifted slightly and drew out his gun and jumped up aiming at the owl his ears picked up every sound including the rustle as his clothes shuffled into place. shadow felt the arm that had been pulled tied to his body while through the draw up of his gun the bullet wound's stitches pulled startled he dropped his gun and grabbed at the wound trying to ease away the pain and he was left gasping wondering what this other humal would do....

Light tilted her head and let out a hoot sounding like a laugh. She jumped off of her branch fluttering her wings out to slowly take her to the ground in front of the other humal. Before her talons hit the gound she changed back to her human form. Her heels lightly digging into the ground as she stood. She crossed her arms a slight breese rolled over the cool night.

I would tell you that you shouldnt move, but I think you already know that.
Light looked over the male. She saw blood stains all over his shirt.

Ok, shirt .Off. Now. Then go sit back and stay still. Light Instructed him. Taking a step closer and holding out her hand.

As Kai watched, he decided that the female humal could indeed be trusted... or at least she wouldn't attack him on sight. But, as he still had his suspicions about the male with the gun (who DID throw his fists a little too eagerly back at the bar), he remained in the shadows, still performing espionage. Guns were dangerous, even to someone as quick as he was (Kai does NOT like the invention of the gun, since it's the only thing that launches projectiles faster than he can move). He decided that if it came to a fight between his Kunai, and the male humal's gun, the gun would win in open spaces... like the one the humals were standing in, with only a tree for cover.

Angry men began to pour across the fields, following the tracks left by the male humal. "Well, at least I get to have some fun with those humans, before I make my decision. And besides, I'd take a non-human over a human any day." Kai whispered to himself, as he threaded 50 Kunai with metal twine, and coated 20 needles with Irokahndji venom ever-so-carefully, but still very quickly. Good thing I'm wearing gloves... He thought to himself., as some venom got onto one of his gloves.


OOC: Irokahndji is an almost-too-small-to-see Type of Box-Jellyfish. One sting can kill a fully-grown human, if not treated immediately. You can probably put 2 plus 2 together from there...

shadow still in his pained crouch he looked at her his ears back and his tail flicking wildly
"who are you?" he growled threw his clenched teeth finally pulling his fingers gingerly off his wounded arm but made no move to do as this girl had told him

Light walked over and nelt by him.

I am the person who saved your life Mr. Shadow, and if you want to keep on living you might want to listen to me.
Light said calmly. She reached out her hand and tugged on the shirt.

Now if you dont mind taking that of so I can clean the blood from it, that would be great Light said putting a smile on her face, trying to act friendly.

Sneaking past the two humals without being noticed (yet), Kai threw his Kunai into many different trees' trunks, and tied the other ends of the metal twine to trees, rocks, and whatever else wouldn't move very easily. "This'll really mess with those humans' tiny brains. Especially since it takes direct sunlight for people to notice the twine, if they aren't already looking for it." Kai snickered to himself as he handled his needles, preparing to throw them once the initial trap was figured out.

He went back into hiding, and thought to himself, if I approach that male humal, I'm going to have to disarm him before showing myself, or I might not last long with that attitude of his...

Kraft was heading to the tavern he knew was close, he was bored so some drink would have been welcomed. But it seems they were more interesting thing... The black wolf grinned as he could smell the fresh scent of blood, following the track the wolf came across a bounch of dead human. -too bad I missed that one- he sighted. He observed the surrounding, his ears perking for any sound, and he heard it, a low murmure. The black wolf followed it but he stopped soon after, in front of metal twine. What was that ? a trap ? he growled.
The male listened carefully, he could hear two people, but three scent reached his nose, as well as the one of blood. Shall he go further... he didn't like the thought of an hunter being close, nor any human being close, if they weren't worth to fith with. Kraft sat there, maybe he should change into a human to approach... No, the wolf took an impulse and jumped above the twine, he didn't knew if he had touch them though but he didn't care something interesting was happening and he wanted to be part of it.

shadow glared at the female "how do you know my name?" he asked
but he took off his coat and then his shirt showing his slim build.
he felt uneasy but somehow felt he could trust this female
"and whats your name?"

Light smiled under his glare.
I know alot of things Shadow.
She took his jacket and shirt.
Thank you. Light said and stoot up. She looked around for a moment feeling around with her mind, then drew her golden gun.

I know your both here now lets come out Mr.Kai and Kraft before someone gets hurt.

Kai felt a brush against his mind... What?!?! There's no way that this female... ah. Of course... I should have been more careful. Next time I see him, I'll get Silver to weave shadows into my cloak...

"I know your both here now lets come out Mr.Kai and Kraft before someone gets hurt." Kai heard her say.


Standing up, one hand in his pouch of blasting jelly, the other holding 20 needles, Kai spoke without turning to face the female, "You REALLY don't want to do that. No matter how good you are, you won't be able to take down all those humans by yourself... You haven't even set up any traps for them, and there are more than were just at the bar. Admit it, if you fight ME, the humans WILL get you. So let's make a deal: you pretend that you don't even know I'm here, and in turn, I'll help you dispose of those filthy, racist, humans. After that, just keep this 'Mr. Shadow', as you call him, away from his gun. I've a feeling he'd shoot me if given the chance."

I really HATE guns. If she so much as tries to shoot me, it'll be demon-fire first, and THEN my needles. Kai thought to himself.

Kraft grinned, he was right, three person. The black wolf went closer, his teeth slightly showing in an amused grin. Interesting, he approached slowly of the two that were exposed, but spotted the third one when he spoke.

A low growl came from down his throat when he heard the word "fight" and "human" and it seems it was that fox who set those traps. What a good idea he had to come there, he could have fun. He sat some feet away from the girl with the gun and the poor little humal that was injured. This guy must be weak if he got hurt by human, he thought.

Still quiet Kraft starred at the duo examining them, one ears forward, the other back, trying to heard some sound that would mean they were human to fight.

shadow's ears were back he felt a growl growing deep in his throat he looked at the two newcomers and he looked at the one holding a bag and needles he cringed and hoped they went iron...
he saw another wolf and the hair on the back of his neck stood on end he felt his form sliding into his wolf form to confront the other wolf they seemed to be almost the same size but the other was bulkier than he was. he jumped for his gun ignoring the pain in his forelegs he grabbed it and shifted again into human form.
"nobody takes my gun" he said and the gun dissolved into a black mist that soon to disappeared.
shadow looked at each stranger then only at light can i have my shirt and coat back he nodded at his already half healed wounds. he opened his hand face up toward light.

Light looked over at Kai as he spoke, hearing his thoughs she put her gun away.
And why do you think I'll be able to keep shadow away from his gun? Light turned to see shadow take his gun. Light shook her head at shadow.

Sorry hon, blood draw unwanted atention and I cant have that.

Light looked over each of the males.
Now boys, I need to find a river. Could you try not to kill each other while Im gone She gave a wave and headed off.

"Why would I bother trying to kill someone I'm trying to save?" Kai asked a rhetorical question. "It's not like I have mental issues... He said, mostly to himself.

The shouts of angry humans drew nearer. "It seems logical to me, that if you still have your gun," Kai said to Shadow, "that you might as well shoot anyone who gets too close. And please... exclude me from the target list. I don't need any more enemies than I already have."

"Oh, and... Kraft, was it?" Kai said, waving the backside of his left hand, toward the only other being left, "I don't know what you can do, but if there's something, you might as well do it... and not to me, mind you. Just, don't go near my twine... or it'll hurt this time." Kai stated vaguely as he pulled one Kunai from his cloak, and prepared to cut one thread of metal twine...

Kraft watched the female as she left -like we were going to kill each other, well it's true I wouldn't mind a fight...- He stared at the injured humal, he was part wolf, if he was bored he could always search to make him angry and fight, the wolf chuckled.

He focused his eyes on the 'kai' person, the one who set the traps, he growled at his sentence, was he meaning there was a big chance he couldn't do anything ? The black wolf hmphed at his sentence about the twine, but okay, he won't approach it, it wasn't something important anyway. Like the fact that he didn't pronounce a single word, as long as he could have fun, no need to speak.

The wolf heard the humans, they were close enough for him to smell them as well. He grinned -fight!- his eyes we're shining, he lowered on the ground, ears back, teeth showing, facing the way the human were approaching from. -Come.-

shadow growled at Kai "why would i waste my bullets on humans?" he sighed and sat down he was tired he could use his blood to heal but it takes a toll on him.
he flicked his fingers and reached into the shadows his fingers wrapped around the hilt of his sword a thick large sword with a leather hilt
shadow drew it out slowly as not to startle the others
"i say we go find that girl she may have a gun but if the humans saw her leave the may move around us but she may get in trouble"

Light walked twards the sound of a moving river. She heard a branch snap and turn around gun drawn. She studied the land and sent her mind out. Nothing, not one person or creature. She shook her head and kept walking.

Roskoe scented a human in the area. He was standing in the trees and bushes. He turned to look, he saw a human figure. He trotted closer. He was standing in the bushes. He couldn't be seen, but he was a talking distance away.

Gee, I hope she's nice. Maybe she'll pet me, uh, well, I don't want to seem like a kid. I have to be tough. But I would like a scratch on the neck.

Roskoe snickered a bit.
