The New Girl

((It's gonna be between dinner time and bedtime so it's somewhat dark outside.))

Noella sighed as she approached the Ayashi Academy dorms. The cool air brushed on her arms. She felt a chill crawl slowly down her spine. She was very nervous. She opened a door, she looked at a small paper in her hand. She looked at it carefully, studying the number of her dorm. She looked up. Her beautiful golden eyes looked down the hall. No one was there. She walked slowly down the wide hall.

Noella thought of the boys here. All the nice people that would become her friends. Then she thought of the rude girls. But she butted out the bad things and thought of the good things: sports, boys, friends she would have, classes, and other animals. Noella held a bag in one hand. She finally found her room. She brought out the small key and unlocked the door. She swung it open as she looked through the dark. She could shift into cats.. so she could see in the dark. She looked at the walls looking for any light switches. She saw one on the a corner of a wall. Noella flipped it up and looked around. It was pretty clean.

She set down her bag on the end of the bed. She wanted to explore. She heard soft mummers in the next rooms. She opened and closed the door. She locked it and kept the key. She shifted into her cheetah from and took long strides down the hallway. She pushed open the door with her shoulder. Noella saw a few people running on the track, talking in the near by Ayashi Academy park. She felt another chill. She snapped out of it and trotted towards a road that led to the Academy's park.

Oki thundered down the track,he was in a loose and kind of baggy track uniform.It was a freely hanging no sleeved shirt with a large white stripe in the center that went down,it was a light scarlet red.He wore basketball shorts that were kind of a gripping around the waist but aired out in the knees.With his size 10 basketball shoes,he finished off his hurtels and went into the locker room and changed into his normal school where.A white t-shirt,a tan overcoat and ripped worn jeans with normal tennis shoes and a head band.Steadily he walked out of the room,his hands set on his head,as he heaved a huge sigh.Being on the track team wasn't Oki's favorite thing but atleast he could see and talk to his friends.He was still new to the whole dorm thing,and hadn't met any new people.Course he had a few know it-all girls ask him out on dates,he accepted.He didn't like em' but he got a free dinner out of it and a cheesy shirt in which he would give to a thrift store or plainly throw away.Oki never really had a companion by his side,someone to call his best bud or his right hand man/women.

Making his way into the dorms,he opened up a clear door and came into the lobby where there was a nice cabinet in which held the trophies.Most of them for the longest jump or for the fastest mile run. ((I suck at them >.< takes me like 15 min XD)) But finally he made his way to the third floor and into his dorm.A plain old dorm,a normal bed,posters of his favorite bands,and signs for the academy's team.

Oki got up from his bed,and let out a long stretch.Feeling renergized by the quick cat nap.Eagerly he lept up and shifted into his tiger form.

And raced down the hall to the park,but then he saw a zooming cheetah pass him by. Another animal..maybe I could... He let out a sigh and looked at the cheetah.Maybe it was a shifter,or a humal. "Hello." He called out.

Noella cocked her ears back quickly... then turned her head see a tiger walked towards her. She stopped in her tracks and barley held up one fore paw. Her eyes widened... it was a boy. She turned her head away and blushed. Who was this guy? Looks like he can shift into a tiger... or else he just IS a tiger. Noella turned to looked at him again. She stayed in her cheetah form. If he was rude... she could either run away... or shift into a tiger and fight him. But he did say "Hello." "Hello..." She said nervously, shyly. Was he nice enough to see the real her? Or just to think she's a shy weirdo?

Noella blushed again. He replied, but there was a silence. Then more talking. So many questions shot all at once.. He must be a talker... She thought. "No.. I haven't heard of it. My name is Noella Cooro." She said again shyly. She smirked at him.. just to show that she wasn't all that shy. She shifted into a human, her hair twirled over her shoulder. Her bangs hung over one of her eyes. She had a habit of flicking to the side.

Noella flicked her hair out of her face as she smirked again.

Noella noticed he had a tail in human form.. just like her. He could shift into a tiger, just like her. They had a lot in common. Noella's tail swayed slowly. "Thank you..." Noella flicked her hair back and started walking towards him. She stopped a few feet from him.. just on the side of him. "See you tomorrow?" Noella tilted her ead slightly and smiled. She shifted into a cougar and zoomed off into the doors and to her dorm room.. I FINALLY met a boy... that's a lot like me..

Noella rested in her bed. The covers laying, warming her. She went to bed easy.. she took a nice long sleep.

Morning arrived. Noella always was an early bird. She stretched out her arms as she crawled out og bed. She didn't bother to make the bed. She opened the certians quickly. Light rushed into the room. Noella shifted into a her Bengal tiger from and rushed out the door.

Noella looked around at the Ayashi Academy. She glanced over at the track and smiled.

She trotted to the track and walked along it. She needed the exercise... though she wasn't fat.. she just hadn't run around for a while. After a little while of walking she went on to trotting and then running. Zooming around. It was very early. No one was on the track yet.. except for her. She liked that. Other early birds were probably eating or resting indoors. Noella looked up at the mountains around her. She saw a faint a yellow-ish pink glow just above the peek. It was beautiful.

Noella stopped at one end of the track to watch the sunrise. She felt a slight warm, chilly breeze on her face. Her fur swayed with it slowly.

Oki,still in dragon form let out yet another roar and flapped his wings.Flying towards the forest,just beyond the Ayashi Academy walls.There was a desolate forest,a small cave resided there.Deep inside it were wonderful caverns with amazing formations and such.Sighing to himself he landed on the track and began to run on it.He was in shifted into his fox form.He wanted to get some exercise before he made his trip.

Noella sighed slightly. She looked back and saw Oki as a fox. Running around. She smiled. She stood up, still in her tiger from. She waited for him and then she was trotting by her side.

Oki had finished a lap when he finally noticed a female tigeress.The girl from yesterday,Noella was her name.He trotted up to her,he was nothing in his fox form."Hey there."

Noella smiled. "Hi," She said shyly.

visala swept down a few halls searching the school for something to do the whole time going over her orders. "stay out of trouble and don't get caught"
they were simple to many others but not this purple eyed girl she stopped on the track and stared at the runners she sat on the sidelines smoothing out her skirts and watching. it sadly was the most entertainment she had found so far...maybe one would trip and fall.....

Oki went into a trot.He paused for a moment to think up what to say."How are you?"

Noella was walking as Oki had to trot. Does he have to trot to keep up? Noella snickered a bit. She grinned at him. "Oh, I'm fine," She paused. "You?" She glanced around then saw a girl sitting on the sidelines. Noella frowned. Who was she?
