Finding the Fighting Area

Hanuke walked for days to get to the Fighting area. He can remember the last time he went there. It was crowded! Full of people fighting...

As Hanuke approached the Fighting Area. He heard no voices. Saw no figures. Then he walked through some bushes. The Fighting Area was empty. Hanuk didn't care... but who would he fight? What girl would he impress? What crowd would be there to cheer him on?

Hanuke was standing on all four feet. He stood up tall on his hind legs. He sniffed around. His tail swayed with the breeze. He heard a rustle towards the bushes. His head quickly turned towards them. He growled. He kept his full attention on the bushes.

visala sat on the top most bleachers as some entered the area she smiled was it one of her brothers troops no he didnt look like one. she smiled to herself and leaned back her skirts trembling as she shifted and she raised her face to the sun her pale skin seeming not to take in the rays but she lay there, silently....

Hanuke saw as people entered. He smiled. He looked at the people going to sit on the bleachers. He stood in the Fighting ring.. while everyone went to the bleachers. He felt the breeze on his face. The clouds covered the sun. So it was somewhat dim. He looked around. He saw all different kinds of species. Most of them were probably shifters...

She walked into the fighting arena, looking for a spar. She wanted to learn more and better her chances of escaping if her uncle did ever come after her. She was a little disappointed to see that the usually full area was nearly deserted. A few people were around: a girl sitting on the bleachers and a wolf standing in the middle of the arena. Kaede approached the wolf, studying his eyes. She untied the strings of her cape and allowed it to drop to the ground. She pulled her hair into a high ponytail, her eyes still locked on the wolf's. She had seen him around the school sometimes, but had never really spoken to him or learned his name. She avoided looking into the past this time, deciding that she would learn his name the normal way.

"I'm looking for a spar. You're looking for a spar. Let's do this thing." she said with more confidence than normal. There was something about the fighting arena that made her more confident. Maybe it was the fact that she was able to fight without actually trying to kill. Who knew. She brushed the thought away and decided on her best tactic to start off. She focused and was soon down on all fours, her appearance now exactly the same as the wolf in front of her. She growled low and awaited his response. She wasn't going to attack first; that wasn't her strategy.

Hanuke stood down on his fours. Now he was about 3 feet tall. He heard a voice. He turned his head. He smiled and stood on his hind legs. Standing 9' 11" he stared at her.

"Yes... let's,"

Hanuke growled. He took a few steps forward. He lunged at her. And purposely missed her. He slid across the Arena. Then he stood up again. He chuckled. Bloody thoughts ran through his mind... but this was a school. This was a stranger. She did nothing to him. He fought many times before..

Hanuke remembered that one time when he fought with a girl, a very young girl.. about 6 years old. She was human. They became very good friends. But one day another wolf killed her. Hanuke killed that wolf. Hanuke was proud.. but ashamed, too.

Kaede didn't flinch when the wolf lunged at her. Her decision was proven correct when he missed her and slid across the arena. She turned on the spot to face him and ready herself for any other oncoming attacks. She crouched low, getting ready to spring, when his past broke into her mind. She saw the little 6 year old human girl that he had fought and then befriended. She then saw the little girl's death. Kaede pulled herself out of the distraction and she looked at the wolf again.

An idea hit her and she figured she may be able to distract the wolf. And if not that, see how easily he could be distracted. "You really cared about her, didn't you?" she said, tilting her head slightly.

2 and 7 are dodges and or misses
you each will have 1oo health first to give in or "die" with the loss of 1oo health will be the loser please note no deaths will take place unless the person wants their character killed

Hanuke snarled. He gave a little pout. He new about these people... the people that can see other people's pasts.

"I did! But she's gone now... I forgot all about her, and killed the wolf responsible for killing her,"

Hanuke narrowed his eyes at this girl. Hanuke waited for her to make her attack this time.

Kaede listened to the wolf's words. There were all sorts of mixed, hidden emotions in his tone. Grief, pride, shame... She shook her head mentally, reminding herself that she was fighting. He didn't seem to be too easily distracted, so she would alter her strategy accordingly. She started running toward him, shifting into a fox as she did so. She slid under the wolf and then pivoted around, jumped onto his back and grabbed onto the scruff of his neck.

Hanuke saw her run towards him. He left her on his back and grab his neck. Hanuke reached back and grabbed the back of her neck. He felt the pain on his neck... then he remembered the worst past he ever had...

He was a skinny little wolf. He roamed mindlessly. He stopped to see a dead end on the streets of town. Then he turned to see a golden eyes winged-creature. It was a terrible sight. The creature was bloodly.. it was balck, then it flew at Hanuke and bit the back of his neck several times... anyone who saw this creature could of done the impossible.. it was scary.. that creature is what turned Hanuke into what he is now.... a monster.

Hanuke closed his eyes tight, still holding on to the girl. He threw her. Not too hard. He was thinking of his past.

Kaede felt the pain as he grabbed the back of her neck as well. And then another of his memories broke into her mind. She growled to herself. Why did he have to keep thinking of his memories? The more he thought, the easier it was for her to read and it was very distracting. She grunted as she was thrown across the arena. She slid a little ways before stopping. She stood up, perfectly fine at the moment. She stared into the wolf's eyes. Either he was purposely remembering things to distract her, or she was distracting him by reminding him of his past. Either way, this was going to be an interesting fight.

Hanuke saw the fox slide across the ground. he looked up at the hiding sun in the clouds. He growled at her. He knew he had to stop thinking about his pasts. It was distracting both of them!

Hanuke charged at her. He slide side-ways past her. He grabbed her tail and swung her around in a circle and let go at a random time. She flew across the fighting area and hit the ground. He grinned. Waiting for her to charge at him. He roared and stood tall on his hind legs..

Kaede closed her eyes as she was swung around in a circle, trying to keep herself from getting too dizzy. She hadn't fully noticed he had let go until she hit the ground with a thud. She stood up, a little shaken, but still fine. Fox wasn't working too well. This wolf was faster than she had anticipated. She grinned as she shifted into the largest wolf she could remember seeing. She wasn't a lot taller than the wolf in front of her and she knew that he would tower over her if he decided to stand on his hind legs. But she figured (and hoped) that he would have a bit of a harder time throwing her across the ring as before.

She charged at him and then once again slid under him. Being bigger this time, her goal was not to get behind him, but to knock him to the ground. She slid into his legs, pushing them out from under him, and then pulled herself away before he hit the ground. It was her turn to send him across the ring. She once again grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and then launched him as far as she could get him. It wasn't easy, since she was only slightly bigger, but she managed to do what she had planned.

Hanuke saw a giant wolf now. Then before he knew it he flew across the fighting area. He stood back on his hind legs and charged at her. When he got close enough he crouched down and stood on three feet, with one hind leg sticking out. He swung it around and tripped her over. He grinned again. And stood on his hind legs. He waited. He had seen her around.. but never really knew her name. He didn't care at the moment.

Kaede grunted as she was tripped and hit the ground. Standing up, she growled. This wolf was not going to get the best of her. She considered fighting dirty for a moment, but then decided against it. The point of the fighting arena was to practice and grow stronger. She would resort to that later if she felt like it. She slowly started pacing, still growling, wondering what the best tactic would be to take on the wolf.

Hanuke was tired, he should have gone to the dorms and slept first. He grinned. He walked to her. He now had a welcoming smile.

"I'm sorry to interrupt out fight... but... I think I'll be back tomorrow,"

He went back down to his fours. And bolted off. He took sharp turns.. to the dorms.

Radiah padded into the fighting area,her tail drooping on the ground.Dust began to cloud up around her,as it swished to and fro on the dusty ground.But she didn't care much anymore,so turning into the dorms.Pricking her ears,she her a fast running coming toward her direction.
"Now what..."
Then she turned into her angel form and looked to the form.Colliding with it.

Hanuke looked back. As he turned his head to turn towards the dorms. When he turned he saw a snow leopard? Then he crashing into her. He wrinkled his nose. He didn't want to be "rude." His family told him not to be rude...

"I'm sorry... now if you'll excuse me, I'm heading for the dorms,"

Hanuke said with an angry voice. He stood on his hind legs instead. Standing 9'11" he towered over her.

Radiah sighed annoyingly and then looked to the person she had ran into.

"Thats alright.I wasn't paying attention."

She then watched as the person stood up and towered over her.Blinking blankly she though nothing of it and let out a muffled huff.She then turned into her wolf form.Jumping into the air and equally meeting her taller opponents size.
