Kaede was not fully accepted by her family when she was born, for neither of her parents were shape shifters. Both her parents loved her, but their families were not to keen on her. She was handed over to her uncle after both her parents died when she was 8. He immediately tattooed both her wrist and her neck with stars, the two tattoos all his slaves were forced to get. She was treated as his slave for the past years of her life. Even though he was cruelest to her, she made it her goal to not be miserable. She kept herself from becoming too miserable by helping all his other slaves when they got injured. She developed great healing abilities from all the time she spent doing so. She ran away just before her 17th birthday, finally having had enough of her uncle.

She is quite slim and doesn't appear to have any muscles at all. Her cheeks are almost always rosy and the area around her two tattoos is often red/pinkish or swollen.

her tank top leaves her neck exposed, and so she normally wears her hair down or wears her cape to hide the tattoo. she doesn't care as much about the one on her wrist though. her capris are fairly tight, but don't obstruct her ability to move in any way.


personality: she is fairly timid, but very caring. she doesn't do well with others, on account of being poorly treated by her uncle. even when warmed up to someone, she can still be very timid toward him or her. her temper flares somewhat easily though, and when it does, she is dangerous.
